Fit Friday!

Hello everyone! On Friday's I will be sharing health and wellness tips and advice. As a future occupational therapist, one area that I can address is health and wellness. This can include prevention of health issues or management of current health issues. In addition, I have always had an interest in nutrition and exercise in order to keep myself healthy. Don't get me wrong, I still eat my sweet and salty things and I miss days working out, but overall I try to take care of myself and I would like to share that with you.


Today I wanted to start simple and share a neck stretching guide that I created. There are only 3 neck stretches with some modifications as well. Personally, my scoliosis does not cause a lot of neck pain but I know it might affect others. In addition, some people experience neck pain or tightness from "tech neck" which occurs when people are looking down at their phone or computer a lot. No matter what your neck pain or tightness if from, these stretches might benefit you! I have attached the PDF below for you to view and download.
